Please note that registering online does not guarantee that you will receive an appointment.  Due to a severe physician manpower shortage we are unable to give all registered patients an appointment.  Within 24 hours of registering you will either be contacted by one of our physicians or notified by e-mail that we are unable to give you an appointment.

To ensure the safety of all patients and staff, all patients that enter the clinic must wear a medical mask. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you.
